About our French/Green Beans

Steam, roast, fry or raw - our organic green french beans are delish. They come to you freshly harvested and placed in a simple brown paper bag, not trimmed and gas packed in hard-to recycle crinkly plastic. From June onwards we get hold of the beautiful beans from either Shorts & Shovels in Burscough (Lancashire), or James Foskett's in Suffolk. Either way, knowing that they're never sprayed with chemical pesticides and they're grown to organic standards - they taste all that much better. (Pre-June/July they're from Spain's organic certified farms!)
