This organic Chenin Blanc blend is a light, delicate, floral and slightly honeyed nose with well balanced fruit and a soft, rounded finish. A breezy growing season with cooler than average nights helped create a clean fresh Chenin, fermented and bottled young. A very accessible example of this modern style of wine, deftly balancing crisp acidity with ripe fruit flavours.
