About our Golden Beetroot

Golden beetroot is well and truly like nature's sunshine. With a whole other set of polyphenols to its purple sister, it carries a very similar taste and the same texture. Use it as you would purple beetroot, and 10/10 for presentation if you make a salad from the two colours.
