Sizes will always vary depending on season and source. If your broccoli comes with little bugs between the florets - that's something to rejoice! Always submerge your organic broccoli in water before eating, any bugs will float to the top. As our farmers don't use any chemical pesticides we know that these broccolis have been providing habitat for insects - aka bird food! The best way to enjoy our food is organic, and not at detriment to nature. Plus, they're the chunkiest and most delicious broccolis I've ever come across - and now they're for you too! TIP: Don't chuck the stem! Enjoy it sliced or chipped and roasted, or in a stir fry. It's full of fibre and makes a really tasty side dish or snack.
